The Women's Emotional Eaters (6 Week) Bundle

This is a 6 week series for women who are serious about shifting their identity around their emotional eating habits.

This is for you if you are:

  • Self sufficient already

  • Able to build consistent habits

  • Able to sit with your emotions

The layout of this series is very organized so the hardest part about this is actually taking time to listen to the 2-5 minute recordings daily. There are some days where you will listen to more than one recording. You will receive a thorough detail of what your calendar is going to look like as you plan to listen to these recordings.

It can be helpful to use this series while working with your therapist or trusted professional (like myself) to help you release any emotions around specific cravings that come up around food and your identity.

I do not recommend this series if you do not have the capacity to sit with your emotions or triggers by yourself and are not seeing someone to help you unpack what comes up as you move through your emotional eating.

This series is broken into 4 parts:

Part 1: The Introduction (Start Here):

  • You will organize your calendar for the recordings and set realistic expectations for this process.

  • You will start to develop your self trust in this process.

Part 2: The Emotional Eaters Bundle:

This part helps you redevelop your relationship with your body by understanding what your cravings actually mean. You will take 14 days to hone in your relationship with your mind, body, and food.

Part 3: The Seltzer Series:

This series helps rewire satisfying your cravings outside of food while you develop your capacity to fully experience your needs and emotions.

Part 4: The Fuck It Pattern:

This part addresses the shame pattern of saying fuck it after you cave into a craving.
